The food selection was varied and fresh. I appreciated the prompt service upon arrival. Our room was ready early. The availability of multiple heated pools made swimming enjoyable (even when the weather was cooler).

the hotel experience was good. the hotel is very clean and well maintained. the pools were clean and heated. outside, the gardens are beautiful.
I stayed for several days. breakfast was not good. The variety and quality were lacking. fruits and desserts were also not good. generally, activities are planned for kids (it is a family hotel after all).

The swimming pool was clean. That was acceptable.
Our room was next to some roads, not ideal. the food was also repetitive. All five restaurants served the same dishes. the entertainment was subpar. There were limited options for adults, especially during christmas.
